Bubble Orchard does not set host cookies and does not run host advertising scripts in this first release.

Bubble Orchard uses browser storage in two limited ways. It uses localStorage only when you rate a game; the per-game rating and local like count stay in your browser and are not a public score. It also sets a sessionStorage marker when a QA tester deliberately opens the site with ?qa=1, so analytics from that browser tab can be identified and excluded from product analysis. The QA marker expires when the tab session ends.

Famobi games load only after you press Play, Reload, or Fullscreen. Once the game frame loads, Famobi may set or read cookies or similar storage, show consent choices, serve ads, save game progress or highscores, and use vendor technologies inside the game frame.

You can manage or delete storage in your browser settings. Blocking third-party cookies or storage may stop some Famobi games from loading, saving progress, or showing their consent choices correctly.

If Bubble Orchard adds host analytics, advertising, accounts, payments, or other storage later, this page must be updated and re-audited before release.
