Bubble Orchard is a non-commercial game directory operated under the public name Bubble Orchard. You can contact us at support@bubbleorchard.online.

Bubble Orchard does not provide accounts, payments, comments, uploads, or newsletters in this first release.

Bubble Orchard uses Plausible, a privacy-friendly web analytics service hosted at plausible.shipsolo.io. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individuals across sites. It counts aggregated, anonymous page views so we can understand which content is useful. Plausible processes only the page URL, HTTP referrer, and browser and device type.

Bubble Orchard also uses Microsoft Clarity to generate heatmaps and session recordings that help us understand how visitors interact with the site. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies, and may process data such as clicks, scroll depth, and device information. Clarity masks sensitive content by default. When you browse Bubble Orchard pages, the site shows static HTML, images, CSS, and JavaScript. The site does not set host cookies and does not run Google Analytics, pixels, or host advertising scripts.

Your browser may store a small local rating preference for each game when you press Like or Dislike. This is stored only in your browser using localStorage, under per-game keys such as a rating value and a local like count. Bubble Orchard does not receive this rating and does not treat it as a community score.

Games are provided by Famobi and load in an iframe only after you press Play, Reload, or Fullscreen. When the game frame loads, Famobi may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device information, referrer or origin, and game activity. Famobi may use cookies or similar storage, show ads, save game progress or highscores, and work with advertising or analytics vendors inside the game frame. Famobi controls that processing under its own policies and consent tools.

Bubble Orchard is intended for a general audience age 16 and older. We do not direct the site to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You can delete Bubble Orchard’s local rating data by clearing site data in your browser. You can also block third-party cookies or storage in your browser, but some Famobi game features may not start or save correctly.

Because Bubble Orchard does not host Famobi’s game data systems, we cannot delete or change data that Famobi controls. For provider-side requests, use Famobi’s privacy channels. You may still contact support@bubbleorchard.online and we will route host-site issues appropriately.

We may update this policy when the site changes. If we add host analytics, payments, accounts, ads, or monetization, this policy must be re-audited before release.
